Executive Coaching
What is Executive Coaching? The College of Executive Coaching defines
it as "a designed alliance between a trained professional coach and an
individual or organization to assist the client clarify and move toward their
vision and goals using action oriented strategies. Coaching, until recently,
consisted principally of executive and management coaching for improved
career performance. Now coaching has broadened to include the best
from psychology, business, philosophy, spirituality and financial planning
to maximize the potential of individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals and
organizations."
Dr. Steven Kay brings a unique combination of experience and training to
executive coaching services. Dr. Kay is trained both in clinical psychology
as well as business management. Dr. Kay completed his MBA degree
from the University of Utah in 2007. He also worked as a senior executive
with a behavioral healthcare organization in Salt Lake City. Using this
training and background, Dr. Kay works with executive coaching clients to
form a partnership in developing and achieving the client's vision and
goals.
